Location: Gurugram CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed+ incentive)
About the Process: This is a Google's Paid Advertisement Project (Goldie Process) where Business Development Managers will visit a set of assigned leads and onboard them onto Google Ads. Each merchant will begin with a starting budget of ₹5,000. The purpose is to help businesses enhance their visibility on Google Maps and generate new prospects and customers through paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned leads (SMEs and merchants) and onboard them onto Google Ads.
Educate clients about the benefits of Google advertising and digital visibility.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding including documentation, account setup, and ad activation.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets as defined by the process.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign setup and issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in corporate sales or B2B business development.
Strong background in selling high-value products or services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Tech-savvy and able to explain digital marketing concepts clearly.
Preferred Industry Experience: Google Ads, Wildcraft, Just Dial, Meta (Facebook), Stem Cell Banking, or other B2B service industries.
