Role Overview

We are seeking highly connected Business Development Managers (BDMs) who already possess strong relationships within the IT industry and can generate immediate business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.

This is not a traditional sales role focused on cold outreach alone. We are specifically looking for professionals who have an existing network of IT hiring decision-makers, technology companies, consulting firms, system integrators, GCCs, product companies, and organizations with ongoing hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should be capable of introducing active hiring opportunities, opening client discussions, and helping onboard new accounts for IT recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for IT recruitment and staffing services.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to introduce potential clients to Ignisov Consulting Services.
  • Develop relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, Delivery Managers, Procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
  • Identify organizations with active IT hiring requirements and staffing needs.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to present Ignisov's recruitment and staffing capabilities.
  • Promote contract staffing, permanent hiring, project-based hiring, executive search, and RPO solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, vendor agreements, rate cards, and service contracts.
  • Drive client onboarding and coordinate with recruitment delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Achieve monthly business acquisition and revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Staffing Sales, Recruitment Sales, IT Services Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
  • Existing network of IT hiring decision-makers and business contacts.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
  • Ability to bring direct client opportunities for IT recruitment and staffing services.
  • Strong understanding of technology hiring and staffing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
