Job Description

Location: Navi Mumbai

Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate new business for LCL, FCL & Air freight services
  • Identify potential clients (exporters/importers, CHA, manufacturers, traders)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations & pricing teams for competitive quotes
  • Negotiate rates and close business deals
  • Handle end-to-end client servicing
  • Market research and competitor analysis

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in freight forwarding sales
  • Strong knowledge of LCL, FCL & Air cargo operations
  • Good network with exporters/importers
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to bring immediate business is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in international logistics / freight forwarding company
  • Knowledge of shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators
  • Familiar with documentation & pricing structure
