Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and generate new business for LCL, FCL & Air freight services
- Identify potential clients (exporters/importers, CHA, manufacturers, traders)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations & pricing teams for competitive quotes
- Negotiate rates and close business deals
- Handle end-to-end client servicing
- Market research and competitor analysis
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in freight forwarding sales
- Strong knowledge of LCL, FCL & Air cargo operations
- Good network with exporters/importers
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to bring immediate business is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in international logistics / freight forwarding company
- Knowledge of shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators
- Familiar with documentation & pricing structure
