Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and closing deals. The BDM will also collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with market demands, helping to achieve both revenue targets and client satisfaction.

  • Negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the logistics, fleet, or technology domain is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
