Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad / Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving admissions and partnerships for training and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Drive student enrollments and enterprise partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with institutions and corporate clients.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in EdTech or training industry preferred.
