Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand market presence for Labomed's products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare institutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab owners, procurement teams, and key decision-makers

• Promote and sell Labomed products and solutions through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations

• Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and field visits

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads
