Job Summary

Tectonic Power Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager Battery Storage to lead growth initiatives in the energy storage segment. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across utility-scale, commercial, and industrial (C&I) projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in battery storage solutions, including standalone BESS and renewable energyintegrated projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, IPPs, and project developers
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities including lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Analyze market trends, policies, tenders, and competitive landscape in the battery storage and renewable energy sector
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop optimized technical and commercial solutions
  • Prepare and present business proposals, feasibility studies, and financial models to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support bid management for government and private tenders related to battery storage and hybrid energy projects
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility
