Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P. – 201005).

This role focuses on driving revenue growth across packaging materials and CAPEX solutions, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts in a dynamic B2B environment. The position works closely with leadership to support business expansion and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B sales and revenue growth across packaging materials and CAPEX product categories
  • Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities
  • Manage and grow key accounts with a long-term approach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up processes

Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong execution focus and accountability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in packaging materials, CAPEX products (crates, pallets, warehouse infrastructure), procurement, or e-commerce ecosystem is an advantage
