About Firmway:

Firmway is an emerging Fin-tech company that has transformed the way companies used to do Balance Confirmation & Reconciliation with their thousands of parties.

Initially started with the vision of getting Third Party Confirmation for Statutory Audits in 2016, it has advanced to catering to various modules like Balance confirmation, Auto-reconciliation, MSME Confirmation, GST Reconciliation, 26 AS Reconciliation, Data Management, etc.

In the short span of 6 years, Firmway has automated these processes for 650+ Corporate brands and Audit houses. We serve brands like Nykaa, Spykar, Tata Electronics, Asian Paints, Pidilite, Abbott, and Bluestar.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in delivering impactful demos to CFOs, Finance Heads, and individuals at CXO levels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the end-to-end sale process, from scheduling appointments to showcasing various product offerings and solutions to high-level executives, including CFOs, Finance Heads, and CXOs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for the company's products.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with clients to close deals that are mutually beneficial.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and leadership team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying the value of our software solutions to CFOs, Finance Heads, and CXOs.
  • Strong ability to ask qualifying questions, understanding the needs and pain points of prospects at the executive level to provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards sales.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in B2B Software sales is a plus.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in a start-up or growing organization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
