Role Overview
We're hiring a full-cycle BDM who can own everything from prospecting demo negotiation close. You'll be the first sales hire shaping our GTM and working directly with founders.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting to build a pipeline of funded early-stage startups.
- Run discovery, demos, and technical walkthroughs with founders/DevOps teams.
- Close deals through fast, consultative sales cycles.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and predictable forecasting.
- Feed customer insights back into positioning, pricing, and product.
- Represent Osto across events, accelerators, and VC networks.
What You Bring
- 25 yrs in SaaS sales/BD (cybersecurity or DevOps a plus).
- Proven full-cycle selling ability.
- Strong storytelling, objection handling, and value-selling skills.
- Hustler mindset - fast, curious, persistent.
- Comfortable selling to technical buyers (CTO, DevOps, founders).
