At Stylz, we're transforming e-commerce with AI-powered personalization and commerce solutions. We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to help us expand our partnerships with e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, and D2C brands.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to onboarding
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and business presentations
- Build relationships with founders, marketing leaders, and e-commerce managers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Manage CRM records and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or Account Management
- Experience working with e-commerce, D2C, retail, or SaaS businesses
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with outbound lead generation and email campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to e-commerce brands
- Existing network within fashion, retail, or D2C sectors
- Understanding of Shopify and the e-commerce ecosystem
