Job Description

Business Development Manager – Real Estate 

Location: Full time in office based in Udaipur (On-site)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

What You'll Do
  • Own the complete sales cycle from enquiry to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Strong track record of end-to-end sales closures.
  • Experience selling residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable handling premium customers.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
