About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Financial Services and FinTech Marketing Services vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and consultative selling of marketing solutions to organizations within Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, FinTech, and Payment Services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across Financial Services and FinTech sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposal discussions with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Financial Services and FinTech ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
- Experience selling marketing services, demand generation, lead generation, digital marketing, or related solutions.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, or Payment Services clients.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
