Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 512 years of experience in the B2B sector, preferably in machinery, automation, or industrial solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable sales growth. The role requires extensive travel to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the B2B market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain technical features of products and solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Travel frequently to client locations, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and support) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ to 12 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar B2B sales role.
  • Prior experience in machinery, automation, industrial equipment, or engineering solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
