The ideal candidate should possess a strong network within Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers and have a proven track record of selling engineering, software development, validation, and consulting services across Software Defined Vehicle (SDV), Functional Safety, ADAS, Automotive Cyber Security, Electrification, and Connected Vehicle domains.
Key Responsibilities
• Revenue Growth & Business Development
• Drive new business acquisition and account growth within Automotive OEMs, EV manufacturers, Commercial Vehicle OEMs, Off-Highway OEMs, and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Generate and convert opportunities in:
o Software Defined Vehicle (SDV)
o Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
o Automotive Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434)
o ADAS & Autonomous Driving
o Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) Software
o Motor Control Software (MCU)
o Battery Management System (BMS) Software
o OTA & Connected Vehicle Solutions
o Embedded Software Development & Validation
o AUTOSAR Classic & Adaptive
• Own the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
Required Experience & Skills Experience
• 7–9 years of experience in Automotive Engineering Services Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
• Demonstrated success in generating annual order intake and achieving revenue growth targets.
• Established relationships with key stakeholders within Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Experience managing complex, multi-country engineering services opportunities.
