Job Summary
Astots Media is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a digital marketing agency. This role is target driven, requiring strong sales skills, relationship management, and an understanding of digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and recommending the right digital marketing solutions.
- Present and pitch agency services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand client base.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2* years of proven sales experience* (mandatory).
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they benefit businesses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
