Job Summary:
Responsible for driving business growth in Simulation and Virtual Commissioning (VC) services for Automotive BIW projects. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, developing customer relationships, and delivering technical-commercial solutions.
Experience: 8-12 Yrs
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop business opportunities in BIW Simulation & VC
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (Lead → RFQ → Proposal → Closure)
- Engage with OEMs and Tier-1 customers
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with engineering teams for solution development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Support pre-sales activities (presentations, demos, meetings)
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of BIW processes
- Understanding of Simulation tools (Process Simulate, Plant Simulation)
- Exposure to Virtual Commissioning concepts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in technical sales / industrial automation
Preferred:
- Experience with Automotive OEMs (VW, JLR, Ford, etc.)
- Exposure to global customers (Europe/USA)
- Knowledge of OEM standards (VASS, etc.)
Education:
Bachelor's in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation Engineering
