About the Role
Seeking an experienced and driven Business Development professional to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building long-term client relationships and creating opportunities that strengthen our presence in the Visa, Immigration, and Travel sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Lead generation through inside and outside sales strategies.
Identifying and engaging with potential clients and decision-makers.
Driving leads through the sales cycle to closure.
Delivering impactful sales presentations and service demonstrations.
Developing proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
Representing the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Collaborating with marketing on promotional initiatives.
Maintaining and expanding the company's database of prospects.
Training and mentoring business development staff.
Position Requirements
Graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
Immigration, or Travel industries.
Strong track record of converting prospects, closing deals, and meeting sales quotas.
Expertise in opportunity qualification, call planning, account development, and time
management.
Ability to influence multiple decision-makers and drive outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel and represent the company at events.
High standards of integrity and work ethics.
