We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join iB360 (https://ibridge360.com/). This role is ideal for professionals passionate about institutional and corporate sales within the EdTech space.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving institutional and corporate partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves engaging with colleges, universities, and corporate partners; presenting iB360 solutions; negotiating commercial terms; and building long-term relationships.
1. Identify and develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate clients
2. Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
3. Present and position iB360's EdTech solutions to institutional stakeholders
4. Negotiate commercials and close deals aligned with revenue targets
5. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
1. Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
2. Experience: 13 years in Institutional / Corporate Sales (EdTech preferred)
3. Domain: EdTech / Institutional Sales
4. Mode of Work: Work From Office (WFO) only
5. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
6. Language: Preferably Kannada-speaking; strong business English communication required
