Job Description

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Company Description : CasaGold is a luxury furniture and home décor brand specializing in handcrafted Bone Inlay, Mother of Pearl, and bespoke furniture. We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our network of architects, interior designers, builders, and hospitality partners and generate recurring B2B business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
  • Present CasaGold collections, custom capabilities, and trade partnership programs.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, showroom visits, and product presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Maintain and update leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Develop long-term relationships to drive repeat orders and project-based business.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Experience in furniture, interiors, luxury products, building materials, lighting, furnishings, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
  • Existing network of architects and interior designers will be an advantage.
