Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Satara. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic partnerships, and executing business plans. The role also involves market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals. Troubleshooting client concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction will be critical elements of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Strategic Partnerships
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Prospecting, and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience with Contract Negotiation and Project Management
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and business analytics is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and meet targets
  • Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
