Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving new business and expanding existing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and developing tailored proposals in collaboration with the strategy and delivery teams. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing the sales pipeline, and tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, maintain strong post-sale relationships, and contribute to long-term account planning and market positioning.

  • Candidates should possess skills in lead generation, client prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
  • Candidates should possess skills in relationship building, client communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Candidates should possess skills in proposal development, pitch presentations, and negotiation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in basic digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, performance marketing, and influencer campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management in advertising, digital marketing, or a related industry is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Lucknow.
