Role Summary:
A strategy plus tactical role.
Convert warm leads.
Grow key accounts.
Represent Krea at major Indian and international conferences.
What the role covers:
• Shape client needs into clear proposals.
• Convert incoming leads into signed projects.
• Build and deepen client relationships across pharma, med tech, consulting, and hospitals.
• Spot cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Work with bid, field, and operations teams for feasibility and pricing.
• Ensure smooth delivery through clear handovers.
• Maintain an accurate revenue pipeline and CRM updates.
What this role is not:
• Not cold hunting.
• Not back-office coordination.
• Not order taking.
This is a client growth role.
Requirements
