Role Overview
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to expand our advertiser base globally. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching Appflix's solutions, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1) Prospect & onboard new advertisers, agencies, and networks
2) Pitch UA solutions and negotiate IO terms
3) Build and manage a strong revenue pipeline
4) Drive campaign activation with the AM team
5) Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
6) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
7) Track performance and report sales progress
Requirements:
1) 26 years in adtech sales, UA sales, or mobile marketing BD
2) Strong advertiser network and contacts.
3) Ability to close deals & hit revenue targets
4) Understanding of UA KPIs, MMPs, and payout models
5) Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
6) Located in India and open to hybrid work
