We are seeking a self-driven, dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join the Amazon Shipping team. This role will be responsible for driving initiatives to launch and grow revenue from physical retail stores, catering to high-density retail markets in India.

- Own revenue and volume for retail stores and end-to-end program management for store launches and manage budgets.
- Analyze market landscape to identify trends and customer preferences with competition benchmarking, and develop targeted SMB acquisition strategies for retail touchpoints
- Onboard new 3P partners and aggregators to increase footprints in top Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with legal, marketing, product, and operations teams
- Establish operational processes, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional shipper experience through retail channel
- Drive actionable insights from data to enhance shipper & customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 3-4 years of experience in sales / business development / account management, preferably in logistics or e-commerce industry
- Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience working with retail SMB segment in India
- Familiarity with logistics/shipping industry dynamics and competitive landscape
