Alcor Getaways is scaling rapidly as India's leading hotel & resort marketing company. From a small portfolio, we now manage 25+ resorts across Kumbhalgarh, Udaipur, Jawai, Mashobra, Kasauli, Manali, Jim Corbett & Dhanaulti — helping each partner property strengthen its visibility, drive higher occupancy, and generate consistent year-round revenue.

We are now growing aggressively with a roadmap to 50+ resorts by 2028 and 125+ resorts by 2030. To fuel this expansion, we are onboarding dynamic business development leaders who can build strong owner relationships, identify high-potential resort partners, and drive strategic acquisitions across key leisure destinations.

Role Objective

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for client acquisition of hotels and resorts, managing the complete sales journey in close collaboration with the Founder and Co-Founder. This role requires strong hospitality domain understanding, confident client handling, and structured sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Cycle (Founder-Led Collaboration)

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with the Founder and Co-Founder, including:

lead qualification discovery & strategy calls solution alignment proposal preparation negotiation closure

Act as the primary coordination point between prospects and leadership for high-value or strategic deals

Prepare pre-call briefs, pricing inputs, competitor context, and negotiation scenarios

Ensure timely follow-ups, objection handling, and decision tracking until closure

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Identify and onboard hotels, resorts, and boutique hospitality properties

Pitch hotel marketing, sales, OTA management, and revenue solutions to hotel owners, GMs, and senior leadership

Build long-term relationships with hotel decision-makers

Attend site visits, industry meets, and networking events as required

Internal Coordination

Ensure smooth handover to Account Management, Revenue & Marketing teams

Coordinate onboarding documentation, kick-off calls, and initial alignment

Share market intelligence, pricing trends, and competitor insights with leadership

Reporting & Targets

Maintain accurate CRM & sales pipeline

Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets

Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management
