This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet sales and revenue goals. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to create tailored proposals, attending industry events for networking, and staying updated on market trends to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing Alankaran's expertise in event management and marketing solutions to potential clients.

• Strong experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy
• Knowledge of event management, marketing, and experiential marketing solutions
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
