We are an aviation MRO and manufacturing organization specializing in aircraft interior components and refurbishment solutions. Our product and service portfolio includes:
- Aircraft interior textile products (seat covers, carpets, soft goods)
- Hardline components (metal, plastic, and composite interior parts)
- Aircraft interior repair, fabrication, and manufacturing
- Private jet / business jet interior refurbishment projects
With EASA/FAA Part 145 approvals and active programs under Part 21J and 21G, we serve airlines, MROs, leasing companies, OEMs, and private jet operators in India and global markets.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven sales professional with 6-8 years of aviation experience to support and grow our aircraft interiors and private jet refurbishment business.
This role is suitable for someone who understands aviation customers, RFQ-driven sales, and long sales cycles, and is eager to grow into a senior commercial role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Support sales and business development activities for:
- Aircraft interior components (textiles and hardlines)
- Private jet / business jet interior refurbishment projects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with:
- Airlines
- MROs
- Leasing companies
- Private jet operators
RFQs & Commercial Support
- Handle RFQs, quotations, and customer communication
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to prepare:
- Technical inputs
- Commercial proposals
- Volume-based quotations
- Track proposals, follow up with customers, and support deal closure
Customer Coordination
Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers
- Support pilot projects and ensure smooth handover to operations
- Maintain customer data, pricing records, and communication logs
Market & Sales Support
- Assist in market research, customer mapping, and lead generation
- Support participation in aviation exhibitions, MRO events, and customer visits
- Track competitor activity and market trends in aircraft interiors
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in aviation sales or business development
- Exposure to:
- Aircraft interiors, cabin components, or MRO services
- Private jet or business aviation (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of:
- Aircraft interior components
- EASA / FAA regulatory environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with technical and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced aviation environment
