Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Manager with an architecture background and 10-12 years of experience in business development or sales in the Design & Build industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our market reach, and driving sustainable growth for AirBrick Infra. You will leverage your architectural expertise to communicate effectively with clients and professionals, positioning AirBrick as a leader in commercial design innovation.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and market trends.Client Acquisition: Identify, acquire, and build strong relationships with new clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand market reach.Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance, meet sales targets, and enhance business development capabilities.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and stay ahead of industry developments.Proposal & Presentations: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that communicate AirBrick's value proposition to potential clients.Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of business development strategies, and adjust approaches as needed.

Key RequirementsExperience: 10-12 years of experience in business development or sales in the Design & Build industry, with a proven track record of success.Architecture Background: Strong architectural knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and industry professionals.Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to lead sales teams, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the commercial design and build industry, including market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience working with large-scale commercial design projects.Knowledge of project management and construction processes.Experience in negotiating large contracts with corporate clients.Established network within the design and build industry.
