Role overview
You will own enterprise revenue growth for app.repchek.com in India – with an initial focus on Mumbai BFSI and risk/compliance buyers. This is a hunter role for someone who loves opening new logos, selling complex solutions and working directly with founders.
What you will do
- Drive enterprise lead generation across banks, NBFCs, PE/VC, family offices, law firms and large enterprises.
- Run discovery to map current credit, risk, KYC/KYB, AML and due‑diligence workflows and tools.
- Deliver high‑impact product demos and presentations to CXO and senior stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → PoC / pilots → proposals → commercials → closure.
- Build multi‑level relationships with heads of Risk, Compliance, Credit, Legal, Security and CEO's office.
- Define and refine GTM strategy for BFSI and risk‑intelligence segments (ICPs, playbooks, pricing feedback).
- Develop strategic partnerships with credit‑check / bureau platforms, regtech vendors, consulting firms, law firms and wealth managers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts in CRM; report directly to the founders.
What we are looking for
- 5–8 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in SaaS / enterprise software / data products.
- Experience selling into BFSI / fintech / NBFC / risk / compliance / regtech.
- Hands‑on exposure to at least one of:
- Credit risk / underwriting platforms (LOS/LMS, scorecards)
- KYC / KYB, AML, sanctions or adverse‑media screening solutions
- Fraud / risk intelligence, due‑diligence or background‑check tools
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota in complex deals.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills; comfortable with CXO / board‑level conversations.
Good to have
- Existing network among risk, compliance, credit and CXO stakeholders in Mumbai BFSI.
- Startup / early‑stage SaaS experience, or experience launching a new product line.
- Familiarity with AI / ML, NLP, sentiment or data‑intelligence products.
