As we scale, we're looking for a motivated and articulate Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, identify new opportunities, and help us scale our partnerships and client base globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Growth: Drive outbound and inbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities, close deals, and expand our market reach.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with decision-makers at startups, scaleups, and enterprise clients in key sectors like tech, iGaming, and fintech.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs deeply, craft tailored talent solutions, and present compelling proposals that highlight RemoteStar's value.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor insights, and recruitment/talent-tech landscape to inform strategy and uncover opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities and brand messaging.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline stages, and outcomes using HubSpot (or similar CRM tools), and report progress regularly to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 47 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally in recruitment, HR tech, outsourcing, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong network and ability to engage with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative selling style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience working with international teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and CRM platforms.
