We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help us accelerate market adoption of our AI-powered solutions.
About the Role
This role is focused on driving growth for two innovative AI-powered products:
AI-Powered Performance Management & Alignment Platform
A modern solution that helps organizations align strategy, goals, teams, and individuals while enabling continuous performance tracking, reviews, and workforce insights.
AI-Powered Recruitment Platform
A lightweight and intelligent recruitment platform that allows candidates to apply in minutes and enables recruiters to identify top-matching profiles through AI-driven recommendations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and converting opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and engage prospective clients across India and international markets
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and partnerships
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients
• Understand client challenges and position the appropriate solution
Product Demonstrations & Solution Selling
• Present and demonstrate our AI-powered products to HR leaders, business leaders, founders, and decision-makers
• Articulate product value propositions and business outcomes
• Prepare proposals and commercial discussions
• Support contract negotiations and deal closure
Pipeline & Account Management
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and sales activities
• Track prospects throughout the sales lifecycle
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Share customer feedback and market insights with product and leadership teams
• Contribute ideas for product positioning and go-to-market strategy
Candidate Profile
Required
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders and HR executives
• Self-driven and capable of working independently
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for growth
Preferred
• Experience selling SaaS products, HR technology, recruitment technology, AI solutions, or enterprise software
• Experience engaging with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Founders, and Business Leaders
• Familiarity with modern sales tools, LinkedIn outreach, and digital prospecting
• Exposure to HR technology, recruitment, workforce solutions, or consulting environments
