Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bathinda for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include market research, creating strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, preparing business proposals, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
• Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets
