About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Affordability & Credit ecosystem across both merchants and banking/lending partners.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant & Enterprise Business Development

• Own a category of online and offline merchants and drive revenue, product adoption and growth.

• Develop outreach strategies to acquire new merchants and expand existing relationships.

• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, RFP responses and commercial agreements.

• Negotiate commercials, delivery milestones and partnership structures.

Banking & Lending Partnerships

• Build and grow strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs and lending partners.

• Expand the lending network and offer portfolio (EMI, Pay Later, consumer credit).

• Coordinate between lenders and merchants to ensure smooth execution.

• Support onboarding of new partners and optimize partnership processes.

Product & Strategy Collaboration

• Translate market insights and partner feedback into new product opportunities.

• Work closely with product, engineering and legal teams to co-create solutions.

• Contribute to business strategy and roadmap planning.

Operations & Execution

• Manage day-to-day partner communication and ensure timely execution.

• Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales or fintech.

• Experience working with merchants, banks, payment gateways or lending fintechs.

• Understanding of EMI, Pay Later, consumer credit or lending products.

• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background

• MBA or Engineering background preferred.

• Prior experience in the fintech or financial services ecosystem.
