Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our domestic recruitment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by promoting our recruitment solutions across domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new domestic clients for recruitment services
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry forums
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in domestic recruitment sales/business development
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

- Experience working with staffing agencies or recruitment consultancies
