About the Role:We're looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Manager to join our team at Adleos. You'll be responsible for bringing in new clients, maintaining relationships, and helping us grow our web and digital services business.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Present Adleos services (Website Development, Branding, Digital Marketing, etc.) to businesses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of web and digital services.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Prior experience in sales/BDM role (preferred, not mandatory).
