Business Development Manager

Job Description

• Sourcing & Origination

  • Drive LRD sourcing from corporate ecosystems, vendors, partners, and dealer networks.

  • Identify and structure high-quality LRD opportunities (leased assets, rental-backed transactions).

• Relationship Management

  • Build and deepen relationships with corporate stakeholders, developers, leasing teams, and channel partners.

  • Partner with banks/NBFCs for risk participation and syndication.

• Deal Structuring & Execution

  • Ensure end-to-end deal execution from sourcing to disbursement.

  • Collaborate with credit, legal, and technical teams for structured deal closure.

  • Structure deals to meet internal risk parameters and customer requirements.

• Portfolio Management

  • Maintain portfolio quality and yield discipline.

  • Monitor asset quality to minimize NPAs and track delinquencies closely.

  • Promote cross-selling/up-selling of group financial products.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6-8 years in LRD / LAP / commercial real estate financing.

• Network: Strong connections in corporate, developer, and leasing ecosystems.

• Skills:

  • Understanding of lease structures, rental cash flows, and property evaluation.

  • Proven track record of originating and closing structured lending transactions.
