Position Overview:

This is a core sales role responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and generating revenue through influencer marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients from Influencer Marketing / TV , Radio, Out of Home Media or Print Media / Digital Ad Sales
• Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, pitching, negotiation & closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies
• Understand client needs and propose customized influencer marketing solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM

Qualifications & Skills:

• Background inInfluencer Marketing / TV , Radio, Out of Home Media or Print Media / Digital Ad Sales
• 15 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
• Bachelor's in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
