Job Description

Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business for the agency. This includes identifying and qualifying prospects, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and be able to articulate the value of our services to potential clients.

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Director of Accounts & Business Development

Applications are invited from candidates currently based in the National Capital Region (NCR) only.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present our services to potential clients
  • Generating new business & new clientacquisition
  • Track and report on pipeline and sales metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the agency's business development strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ year experience in business development, sales, or a related field preferably with a digital agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and drive
