Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, forming partnerships, and developing sales strategies. They will manage vendor relationships, acquire and negotiate new contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The role requires frequent industry research to identify growth opportunities within the parking and mobility sector and actively contribute to achieving the company's sales and expansion goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or vendor acquisition
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and executing growth initiatives
  • Strong relationship-management skills to maintain and build partnerships
  • Team collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of technology-driven platforms and mobility services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
  • Must have 2wheeler
