Business Development Manager 3PL

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for our 3PL operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the 3PL sector. Should have experience in Space selling for third party logistics
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in business development or sales in the logistics and supply chain sector.
• Strong understanding of 3PL services and logistics operations.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret market data.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
