Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research to understand customer needs. On a daily basis, the Business Development Manager will design and implement business strategies, achieve sales targets, and engage in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. The role requires a proactive and results-focused individual, capable of presenting product features, negotiating deals, and representing NoBrokerHood with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development, sales, and lead generation skills
  • Expertise in market research and competitive analysis
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and solution-oriented problem-solving
  • Experience in the real estate or technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
