The platform supports various stakeholders with interfaces for Admins, Guards, and Residents, while also providing services such as home maintenance and property transactions. It ensures optimal data privacy with Level 1 PCI-DSS Certification, GDPR, PDPB 2019 Guidelines, and ISO 27001 certifications.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and acquire new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand market trends, and develop strategies for business growth. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to achieve company objectives. They will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications
  • Strong Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Expertise in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Intelligence
  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation abilities
  • Experience with Contract Management and Ensuring Client Satisfaction
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate or community management sector is beneficial
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as required
