We are hiring a Business Development Lead IT Services & Staffing to drive growth across IT services, resource augmentation, and contract staffing within the Indian market. This is a front-line revenue role for a self-driven sales professional who thrives on new client acquisition, owns the full sales cycle, and understands how to convert demand into successful delivery engagements.

You will operate as an individual contributor with a business-owner mindsetresponsible not only for closing deals but also for growing accounts into long-term, high-value partnerships.

What You'll Own

New Business Acquisition

Identify, target, and onboard new clients for IT services, staffing, and resource augmentation engagements.

Build and execute a focused go-to-market strategy for domestic Indian accounts.

Engage senior decision-makers (CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Delivery Leaders) to position service offerings effectively.

Sales Execution & Deal Closure

Manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and discovery to proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

Sell contract staffing, project-based IT services, and long-term resource augmentation solutions.

Create commercially sound proposals aligned with delivery feasibility and client expectations.

Account Growth & Expansion

Nurture newly acquired accounts and expand them through additional consultant placements and service extensions.

Identify repeat and cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships.

Act as the primary commercial owner for assigned accounts.

Internal Collaboration & Delivery Alignment

Partner closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely deployment and high client satisfaction.

Align client commitments with internal capability, availability, and delivery timelines.

Act as the bridge between client expectations and execution teams.

Pipeline & Revenue Management

Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.

Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Track sales performance and provide visibility into forecasts and deal progress.

What Makes You Successful in This Role

612 years of experience in IT services sales, IT staffing, or resource augmentation.

Demonstrated success in independently acquiring and closing service-based clients in India.

Strong understanding of IT staffing lifecycles, delivery models, and project-based engagements.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

A hunter mindset with the discipline to build and grow long-term accounts.

Comfortable operating in a target-driven, high-accountability environment.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to balance sales ambition and delivery reality.
