Job Description

You will own enterprise outbound lead generation and pipeline creation from scratch, working on large enterprise deals (1 Cr+ deal size) across AMEA markets. This includes identifying and breaking into target accounts (BFSI, Telco, and large enterprises); researching accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders; and qualifying leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify enterprise leads across AMEA.
  • Identify and penetrate target accounts (BFSI, Telco, large enterprises).
  • Execute outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
  • Research accounts and map stakeholders (CXO to mid-level).
  • Qualify leads using BANT before scheduling meetings.
  • Book qualified meetings and demos; build consistent pipeline.
  • Track outreach metrics and maintain CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in B2B SaaS / IT services / enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience generating pipeline for enterprise deals (1 Cr+ deal size preferred).
  • Strong outbound prospecting and account mapping skills.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders (business + technical).
  • High ownership and comfortable building a pipeline independently.
