You will own enterprise outbound lead generation and pipeline creation from scratch, working on large enterprise deals (1 Cr+ deal size) across AMEA markets. This includes identifying and breaking into target accounts (BFSI, Telco, and large enterprises); researching accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders; and qualifying leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify enterprise leads across AMEA.
- Identify and penetrate target accounts (BFSI, Telco, large enterprises).
- Execute outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Research accounts and map stakeholders (CXO to mid-level).
- Qualify leads using BANT before scheduling meetings.
- Book qualified meetings and demos; build consistent pipeline.
- Track outreach metrics and maintain CRM hygiene.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in B2B SaaS / IT services / enterprise sales.
- Proven experience generating pipeline for enterprise deals (1 Cr+ deal size preferred).
- Strong outbound prospecting and account mapping skills.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (business + technical).
- High ownership and comfortable building a pipeline independently.
