We are building AI-powered products for the Talent Acquisition and HR ecosystem. Our focus is on solving real workflow problems across recruiting, hiring operations, candidate engagement, and communication automation.

This is an early-stage, high-ownership environment. We are looking for someone who can build pipeline from scratch, sell consultatively, and help shape the company's go-to-market motion.

Role: Business Development Lead/ Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Lead/ Manager with experience selling HRTech, RecruitmentTech, SaaS, or Talent Acquisition solutions into HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.

This is not a passive account management role.

You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, generating opportunities, running discovery conversations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, understands enterprise HR buying behaviour, and can confidently engage with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales through cold calling, warm calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline for HRTech / AI SaaS solutions
  • Identify and engage HR Leaders, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Managers, and People Operations teams
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and hiring workflows
  • Deliver product demonstrations and articulate business value clearly
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial conversations
  • Work closely with founders, product, and customer success teams to improve GTM execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to influence product direction

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRTech, RecruitmentTech, ATS, HRMS, or Talent Acquisition platforms
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation
  • Experience selling to HR Leaders, CHROs, Talent Acquisition teams, or enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong cold calling and consultative selling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals independently
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling ability
  • Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
