We are looking for a
Senior Offshore Business Development Lead with
10+ years of enterprise IT services sales experience to drive qualified pipeline creation for our Guidewire SI practice.
This role works closely with U.S.-based enterprise sellers and Guidewire alliance teams to ensure only
enterprise-grade opportunities enter our pipeline.
This is
not a closing role.

Required Experience
- Building and executing offshore outbound strategy for Guidewire SI services
- Identifying and researching P&C insurers using Guidewire
- Mapping enterprise stakeholders:
- CIOs
- VPs of Applications / Engineering
- Claims, Policy, Billing leaders
- Executing targeted outreach via:
- LinkedIn
- Email
- Analyst and ecosystem follow-ups
- Qualifying opportunities before handing off to U.S. sales
- Scheduling well-researched, relevant enterprise meetings
- Maintaining high-quality CRM documentation (context, next steps, decision logic)
- Identifying and tracking early RFP signals
- Supporting analyst briefings and follow-through
- Proactively engage Guidewire sales and alliance teams
- Conduct bi-weekly touchpoints with:
- Guidewire regional sales
- Partner / alliance managers
- Identify:
- In-flight carrier initiatives
- Upgrade, remediation, or capacity-gap opportunities
- Log opportunity signals and next actions in CRM
- Coordinate closely with U.S. enterprise sellers on alliance-led opportunities
- 6-10 high-quality enterprise meetings per month
- &Client;80% acceptance rate by U.S. enterprise sellers
- Consistent, reviewable weekly pipeline contribution
- Strong alliance-driven opportunity signals
- Zero tolerance for poorly researched or misaligned meetings
- 10+ years in enterprise IT services / SI sales or business development
- Experience supporting U.S.-based enterprise sales teams
- Strong understanding of:
- Long-cycle enterprise sales
- Services positioning and scoping
- Executive buyer behavior
- Experience working with Guidewire or similar platform alliances (strongly preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English
