Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing staff augmentation clients is mandatory.
  • Experience in the staffing firms at least 5+ years
  • New Lead Generation and Sales experience
  • Ability to conduct Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to identify potential clients and establish sales opportunities
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience working in the technology industry is a plus
