Job Description

Job description:

Finexa is a specialist fintech and financial services growth marketing partner, operating as a dedicated sub-brand of Euphoria — a 7-year-old UAE-based digital marketing and martech agency. We exist to solve a single problem: helping banks, neobanks, payment companies, wealthtech platforms, BNPL providers, crypto exchanges, insurtech firms, and funded fintech startups acquire, activate, and retain customers at scale.

Our work sits at the intersection of growth strategy, martech engineering, and data — built for regulated, high-stakes financial services environments across the DIFC, ADGM, and broader MENA region.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Lead who will own end-to-end revenue generation for Finexa. This is not a warm-lead-closing role. You will build pipeline from scratch — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing retainers and project mandates with enterprise financial institutions and high-growth funded fintechs across the UAE and the wider GCC.

You will report directly to the Founder and work in tight coordination with the delivery team to ensure the deals you close can be executed and expanded.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Pipeline Development

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of fintech and FSI prospects across the UAE and GCC through outbound outreach, networking, and event engagement
  • Execute multi-channel outbound sequences — LinkedIn, cold email, warm introductions — targeting C-suite and VP-level decision-makers (CMO, CPO, Head of Growth, Head of Digital)
  • Leverage DIFC FinTech Hive, GITEX, FinTech Abu Dhabi, and regional accelerator ecosystems as active lead sources
  • Own the CRM: maintain accurate stage-by-stage pipeline data, activity logs, and revenue forecasts

Pitch & Conversion

  • Lead discovery calls using a structured framework to surface pain points around CAC, LTV, DAU, activation rates, and AUM growth
  • Develop and deliver tailored pitch decks and proposals mapping Finexa's service architecture to client objectives
  • Handle objections specific to agency-client relationships in regulated financial environments (data privacy, compliance alignment, ROI proof)
  • Close retainer and project mandates, negotiating scope, commercials, and SLAs

Revenue & Account Growth

  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base in collaboration with the CSM function
  • Contribute to win/loss analysis to sharpen positioning and refine GTM strategy

Market Intelligence

  • Track funding rounds, product launches, and licence filings across CBUAE, VARA, DFSA, and ADGM to time outreach with precision
  • Maintain a current view of the competitive landscape and surface insight that sharpens Finexa's positioning.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

Experience

4–8 years in B2B sales or business development, with at least 2 years selling into fintech, financial services, or a fintech-focused agency or SaaS company

Domain fluency

Confident working with and speaking to CAC, LTV, AARRR funnels, martech stacks, growth loops, and performance marketing metrics

Market knowledge

Solid understanding of the UAE and GCC financial services landscape — DIFC, ADGM, VARA, neobanking, payments, BNPL, wealthtech

Deal-making

Track record of independently closing retainer or project mandates — ideally AED 30K–200K+ in annual contract value

Communication

Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Tools

Comfortable with a modern sales stack — CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing, and AI-assisted prospecting tools

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Work Location: Hybrid remote in UAE
