Job Description

Senior Manager / Lead — Business Development, Finance Category (APAC)

What You'll Do

  • Own advertiser acquisition and relationship management for the Finance category across India (primary) and SEA (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) — banks, NBFCs, fintechs, insurers, brokers, digital wallets.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial partnerships (CPA/CPL models, exclusivity, hold periods) directly with banking and fintech partners, leveraging deep knowledge of how banks budget and approve performance marketing spend.
  • Create and execute performance strategies for finance advertisers — attribution windows, fraud controls, lead-validation workflows suited to loan/card approval cycles.
  • Navigate and build compliance-first positioning around RBI (CIMS, Digital Lending Directions), SEBI, IRDAI and equivalent regulators in Indonesia (OJK), Philippines (BSP) and Vietnam.
  • Build out the finance publisher ecosystem (comparison sites, cashback platforms, finance KOLs/YouTube creators) in coordination with the publisher team — including standing up SEA's finance publisher pool from zero.
  • Own the finance-vertical P&L across markets: revenue targets, forecasting, advertiser/publisher activation metrics
  • Represent Admitad at banking/BFSI industry forums and build direct credibility with decision-makers at target advertisers (like- HDFC Bank, SBI Cards, Bajaj Finserv, GCash, Maya, VPBank, GoPay, etc.).

What We Expect

  • 8+ years total experience, including 4+ years in fintech/banking partnerships, business development, or affiliate/performance marketing within BFSI.
  • Deep, practical understanding of how banks and NBFCs operate — card issuance, lending, KYC/AML workflows, and how performance-marketing budgets are approved internally.
  • Proven experience running or scaling CPA/CPL affiliate campaigns for financial products, including fraud control and lead-quality management.
  • Existing relationship network with banks, NBFCs and fintechs in India; SEA banking relationships a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and comfort owning a revenue number.
  • Working knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks (RBI/SEBI/IRDAI, or OJK/BSP equivalents) and how they shape affiliate compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management — able to work directly with the cross-functional publisher/product teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.
